Every villa has its own pool, its own garden and its own entrance. Browse the photos, then tell us which one you like.
How long will you stay?
One month, or a whole year
The longer you stay, the better the monthly rate. Rates are given on request, villa by villa — ask us and you have an answer the same day.
Try Phuket
A first month to settle in, find your rhythm and see if the island suits you. Fully furnished, nothing to buy.
The high season
December to March, the best weather of the year. The most requested period — book early.
A long stay
Remote work, a sabbatical, escaping the winter. Better monthly rate, and the estate becomes home.
A year in Phuket
Our best rate. Families with children at British International School, UWC or Thanyapura choose this one. A school bus picks the children up and drops them back at the door.
Included in every rental
You arrive with a suitcase
No furniture to buy, no contract with the electricity company, no agency fee. Everything below is already in place. Electricity and water are billed at cost at the end of each month.
